Our Chefs’ culinary art extends to dishes from all over the world, including Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish, international recipes that will make your wedding a success. A traditional favorite that only we can provide is our subterranean 15 hr roasted pig cooked with Northern California wood special spices, fruit, banana leaves and well you get the idea. No request is too big or too small.
