At Griffin Mansions, we believe every bride should be the star of her wedding day and that all of the details should be taken care of for her so that she can truly enjoy the wedding of her dreams! We offer a unique process to plan the perfect dream wedding:

Once you come in for a site tour and you fall in love with the mansions, our sales team will customize a wedding package precisely to your desires. Our sales team will take care of all the paperwork and get your important day reserved! At this point it is all about the planning! At Griffin that is where we shine!

Within the first view days of becoming a client of Griffin Mansions, you will receive a detailed planning packet that will walk you through all details of your event with us, menus, floral details, etc.

120 days or sooner, you will come in for a day of planning and tasting. You will taste your menu and cake, meet with our floral, photography, and coordination teams. This is when we will address every aspect of your wedding. It is a fun day of wedding details, so bring all of your amazing ideas. Don't forget to come hungry, there's going to be lots of amazing food to sample! All decisions relative to food/beverage/floor plans/timelines will be decided on this day.

90 days prior to your wedding we will determine all decisions concerning floral and upgrades.

10 business days prior to your wedding you will submit your final guest count and dinner entree selection. Once Griffin receives your final guest count, you will receive your final bill including service charge, tax and all chosen upgrades.

On your wedding day, you will be able to come in and enjoy your bridal retreat after 1pm with your girls for hair and makeup and Griffin will provide brunch for all. We believe you should be pampered on this special day.

With our customer service, we ensure every guest is greeted as they arrive to your wedding, you and your guests will be very well taken care of until that last guest leaves our doors.

30 days after your special day, you will receive all your wedding images on a high resolution CD to do what you like with them! Print them as many times or email them to loved ones- they are your images to do what you like!
