When done right, a candy buffet can be a simple but whimsical addition to your special day
Height and depth are important parts of any display. When planning your candy containers, plan to use some tall, mid size and short, and consider all different widths as well. And always go with an odd number of containers.
Don’t underestimate the use of a little ribbon and some flowers or flower petals. One garden bunch of something whimsical, like gerbera daisies, can add height and color to your display.
Before you order candy, shop around. some of the larger warehouse chain stores carry silver wrapped candy or white candy for much less cost than you will pay an online candy store. Silver and white are good filler for any color scheme.
Consider making this your favors. Attach a small label with your new address or a simple "thank you for celebrating with us" to the bags or boxes you set out. You will have killed the proverbial birds with one stone.
